The fund renders the services of non-governmental provision of pensions and obligatory retirement insurance. Investment policy of the fund guaranteed the revenue above the rate of inflation in the country.

Non-governmental pension fund “Promagrofond” was founded in January, 1996, and is rapidly developing at present.
According to the independent actuarial evaluation, by January1, 2004 the fund’s actuarial surplus amounted to 5.6%. This fact, together with the heavy contribution of the fund’s constitutors (75 mln. rub.) and substantial insurance reserves (over 15 mln. rub.) is the evidence of its high reliability.
On October1, 2004 the size of pension reserves amounted to about 300 mln. rub. The fund has more than 560 contracts for non-governmental provision of pensions in force with legal entities and individuals. It has over39.5 thousand participants. Pensions are paid to more than 8500 participants.
The fund signed over 8700 contracts for obligatory retirement insurance. This will enable the fund to transfer 80 mln. rub. of accumulated pension funds to the State Pension Fund of Russia in 2005.
